Treatments offered as per the following treatment menu, although each treatment is adapted to suit individual need.

The following treatments are offered for both holistic massage and aromatherapy:

From Practice Room, Blacklake Farm

11/4 hour treatment - full or partial body massage. Complete physical and mental relaxation guaranteed!

45 minute treatment - partial body massage, e.g. neck, shoulders back or advanced face massage, or hand and foot relaxation massage. Ideal for people with localised problems such as back pain, muscle fatigue from sport/exercise, work stress etc. Cost and time effective for regular treatment to keep health and wellbeing in tip top condition.

Aromatherapy Indian Face Massage - a 45 minute treatment which focuses entirely on the face using gentle massage with aromatherapy oils to aid deep relaxation as well as improve skin tone, circulation and "puffiness" caused by sluggish lymphatic drainage. The face is very receptive to touch and provides a very direct route through from the skin to the nervous system. As well as addressing physical symptoms of the face, aromatherapy massage of the face is very beneficial for emotional and stress related conditions as well.

Child and Parent treatment - massage of child from age 5 years with parent present to observe and learn massage routines to carry on with at home. Aromatherapy oil mix for home use will be included in treatment. Excellent for children with sleep, relaxation, stress, and muscular problems. Parents find this very beneficial for teenagers and it also helps parent and teenager to stay in touch with each other.

Home Visit - 45 minute treatment seated in massage chair. Aromatherapy Indian Face Massage, neck, hand, arms, leg feet massage. Full body massage not available for home visits. Ideal for those with limited personal mobility, joint stiffness, isolation, mild depression or general debility.

Prices

Prices range from £20.00 - £40.00 depending on treatment. Gift vouchers are also available. Discount on prices will be offered for a Course of Treatment (minimum 3 treatments) For initial treatments a full Client Consultation will be carried out before treatment commences. Subsequent treatments will always include a review of current health status, in line with professional codes of conduct.
